Va Funding fee
Once Jan 1, 2020 hits the VA Funding Fee on the VA Home Loan will go from 3.3% of the purchase price to 3.6% of the purchase price. This will not be a fee that the Active Duty, Veteran, Guard or Reserve member needs to pay upfront but it will be added to the loan amount. This is a bit higher but all in all the VA Loan is still a very useful, versatile and powerful loan, in my personal opinion it is currently the strongest loan on the market.
