Homestead Exemption 2020 for Okaloosa and Santa Rosa County Information
Yes, it is that time of year again. Homestead Exemption needs to be complete by March 1st in order to count for this coming tax season.
Homestead exemption here in Florida allows for a break on property taxes. $50,000 off of the appraised value to be exact with another $25,000 towards a few other items in the millage breakdown that I won't go into the details. Bottom line, Homestead will help save you money!
