Va Funding fee first time use
Bottom line is the VA Funding Fee for First Time Users on the VA Home Loan will go from 2.15% of the purchase price to 2.3% of the purchase price. This will not be a fee to pay upfront for the Active Duty, Veteran, Guard or Reserve member but it will be tacked onto the loan amount.
