We contacted Andrew to list our townhouse for sale in Fort Walton Beach based on the "Homes for Heroes" program and we were happy with our decision.
Our first request was for Andrew to critique the property and advise us on what repairs and improvements he would recommend to enhance the quick sale of our property. Without a commitment from us to list with him, Andrew came over and not only made multiple candid observations and recommendations, but he then followed up by giving us a written recap.
From that point on Andrew was consistently responsive to all of our inquiries, typically responding within hours of our text messages.
My wife and I live in Iowa and spent two weeks onsite performing repairs and maintenance. After we were done, Andrew again visited the townhouse to have us sign the listing paperwork and to do a final review of the work we had done and to assess what, in his opinion, still needed to be done.
After we traveled back to Iowa, Andrew served as our "boots on the ground". When we had a valid offer, the property inspection revealed a few fairly minor repairs that needed to be made. Understanding that we were 1,050 miles away, Andrew voluntarily accepted responsibility for managing those remaining chores to clear the inspection report on our behalf. This was a huge relief for us and paved the way for a successful close.
