Dated: January 22 2021
What is going on, this is Andrew with the Emerald Group right here in the Fort Walton Beach area. We do lots of videos and blogs about everything you need to know right here in Fort Walton Beach and surrounding areas!
Honestly, we get so many phone calls, emails, and texts every single day of people moving to the Destin - Fort Walton Beach areas and we absolutely love it! If you are thinking about moving or relocating, make sure you reach out to us, give us a call, send a text, shoot us an email, or send that carrier pigeon our way. However, you would like to get a hold of us, we have your back when moving to Fort Walton Beach!
Now let us talk about all the great details the Surf Dweller has to offer! You will notice the Surf Dweller has a 25ft x 50ft outdoor heated pool. Enjoy your day relaxing and cooling down! Do not miss out if you have little kids that there is also a 10ft x 10ft kiddie pool. Let them play, cool down, and have some extra fun! Right next to the pool you will have access to a lighted tennis court! No rush on your game due to the lights! Play day or night!
Now let us talk about a drawback with the Surf Dweller. The pools and tennis courts are located on the front side of the condo. That is facing the road. Now, most condo has them located on the backside of the condo, facing the Gulf. With the dunes, it does block the Gulf view. You may not be missing out on that. That is just one drawback. Nothing major.
Let us discuss how many rooms, their sizes, and the locations of the condos. Surf Dweller has 76 2-bedroom units measuring 1453 sq ft. Surf Dweller also has 7 3-bedroom units measuring 1952 sq ft. The 7 3 bedrooms are located on the Westside of the condominium. What about the balconies? These Condominium balconies are some of the largest. Measuring twice the size as normal. Extra room to enjoy those beautiful views! They even have larger doors. Gives you extra room if you are needing that room for wheelchairs, bigger luggage, or even to carry out all those beach toys!
Now here is a big perk for owning one of these condos. Are you looking at renting out your condo? Well, here at the Surf Dweller they offer on-site management! This makes it easier for your guest coming in and out. They will have straight access to their keys and begin to have their vacation fun!
I hope you enjoyed this condo spotlight on the Surf Dweller. Is there a condominium you want to know more about? Please let us know! If you are moving to Fort Walton Beach or surrounding areas, shoot me a quick text, email, or give me a call. My team and I have your back when it comes to moving to the Emerald Coast! Do not forget to check back with us every Thursday at 7 pm for our new blog and video! See ya!
